BEING FRUGAL DOES NOT MEAN BEING CHEAP.

There are a few things I will never buy :
1. Sports betting Apps
2. The Newest phones. ( Is it a business tool or a hobby/entertainment?)
3. Financing a car over 4 years. (If it takes me 4 years to pay a car, this means I cannot afford it. This is a depreciation asset. After 3 years it is not worth much, mechanical issue starts. If you have a business, you would rather lease.)

What about you? What would you never buy?

Are you ready for The Great Wealth Transfer movement ?

03/08/2026

This week, I had the privilege of speaking to a group of 5th graders at a local charter school.
I used the opportunity to teach them about money, highlight the power of reading, and encourage a lifelong love of literacy. What impressed me most was their curiosity — the thoughtful questions, the eagerness to learn, the way their eyes lit up when we talked about their future.
Moments like these remind me why I do what I do.
I feel humbled and grateful to play even a small part in shaping their journey.
If we can inspire children early to understand money, value education, and believe in their potential, we’re not just teaching; we’re transforming futures.
