Hey busy cowgirl! Check out my fave patio plant. This one is heat-tolerant, not needy at all (I’m watering livestock all morning, not plants), and will completely fill out a planter.

Yup it’s a poinsettia. Who knew?

Question: Aren’t they poisonous? I’m not a vet, and I definitely wouldn’t grind up poinsettias and feed them to my pets, but I’ve been putting them on my patio for years with no issues. So do your own research, but they work for me and look great!

Looking for a new winter barn/riding coat. What do y’all like? Carhartt, Outback, Filson, Schaefer? I want tear resistant, water and wind resistant, well insulated, sizeable pockets-especially inside, a longer length, and pref black, burgundy, or tan. Nothing hay will stick to, but nothing too shiny. Not trying to look like a skiier. Also not trying to spend a mint. Yes, I want it all!!

Resolution #2 Stop feeding my body a bunch of crap or nothing at all for breakfast.

These hi-pro low-carb breakfast muffins are so, so tasty, nutritious, and quick! I can feed horses, dogs, cats, and us before school and still get out the door on time.They keep a few days in the fridge and a few weeks in the freezer, so they are ready to go and so am I!
