Congratulations to the 2020 California Distinguished Schools! Sponsored by the CDE and presented by California Casualty, the program recognizes outstanding education programs and practices. These 423 elementary schools are being honored for closing the achievement gap and for achieving exceptional student performance.

Attending the California School Board Association Annual Education Conference

Becoming an excellent district doesn’t happen by accident. It takes a collaborative team that is willing to grow, learn, change with times to promote students success. This NHUSD team is that team. So grateful to be a part of this team.

Annually, over 5500 elected school board members in California have the opportunity to attend the California School Board Association Annual Education Conference. Yearly, I look forward to attending this very informative professional development opportunity. This year is no exception, it did not disappoint. I learned a lot. So grateful to have the opportunity to continue to attend these so we could continue to support and promote students success.
