1. Provide a continuous stream of new-to-field skilled workers in sufficient numbers to keep job openings filled with graduates who have the world’s best technical preparation.
2. Provide high paying jobs doing critical work to individuals who complete the AMT Program. Provide an on-going growth path beyond that which both fulfills an individual’s desire to grow and develop; and fulfills a company’s need for employees who continuously learn more and more about their jobs and contributing to the company’s business performance.
3. Answer the most critical question that employers ask when considering placing a new business in a location, or expanding an existing one: “Can I find the skilled talent that I need to support my operations?” The inability to provide a good answer to this question is the No. 1 reason why employers do NOT bring new business to a location.
