Hey everyone — we’re Rustic Moon Events.

For those who’ve been asking, we’re a mobile bar service based in the Methow Valley. We bring the bar to you for weddings, private events, community gatherings, and local events like markets.

We handle the setup and service, and as a dry hire, you provide the alcohol. Alongside full bar setups, we also offer crafted beverages, including dirty sodas, mocktails, lemonades, and more—perfect for all-ages events.

This is something we’ve been working toward for a while, and we’re excited to finally share it and be part of more gatherings around the valley.

HIRING: We are looking to hire some help for the month of September and part way through October for our event rental business. This is a job that could potentially lead to a job for the 2027 event season as well but doesn't have to. For now we are looking for a strong, reliable person to help set up tents. This work will involve heavy lifting and hauling, slinging a sledge hammer and possible truck and trailer driving (bonus, not a must). So whether you are looking for work just for a short period of time or interested in work that could lead to more seasonal work in 2027, please reach out. Monday through Friday, and some Sundays as well in September, but there may be some flex in that if needed. Our biggest days of need are Thursdays, Fridays, (some) Sundays and Mondays. Pay will be based on the level of experience and we can chat that through if you are interested, please reach out to us!

We love sponsoring Methow Trails and being a part of such a wonderful event here in our community! You will see our tents at the finish line, when you participate in this race, where they have amazing food and a cold beer waiting for you at the end of your race!🌻🌻🌻 This is an amazing event to take part in. Our family has ran over the years as individuals and as a part of a relay. It’s definitely something to add to your bucket list!
