Not every dream is meant to be explained.
Some dreams are just meant to be supported.

A friend of mine had an amazing idea the other day.
Something creative and exciting that lit her up.

She shared it with someone she loved — hoping for encouragement.

And instead? She got “devil’s advocate.”
The “what if it fails?”
The “how will that make money?”

The fear-disguised-as-love that ends up sounding a whole lot like doubt.

And it reminded me…
So many of us are carrying dreams that were crushed before they could even take their first breath.

Sometimes the vision isn’t for them to understand. It’s for you to bring to life.

Most people aren’t trying to be cruel — they’re projecting their own fear.

But fear — even with good intentions — still stings.

Especially when we already have enough doubt in our own heads.

Can we stop doing that to each other?
Can we stop doing it to our kids?
To our friends?
To ourselves?

When someone shares a dream with you, believe in them more than their fear does.

Instead of saying, “But what if it doesn’t work…”

Try:
“I believe in you. What do you need to bring it to life?”

Let people figure it out.
Let them fall forward.
Let them surprise us.

Be the voice that cheers.
Be the light that believes.

Have you ever had a dream shut down even with “good intentions”?
Or had someone believe in you when you really needed it?
I’d love to hear your story.

I’m excited to share something I’ve been putting my heart into… 💖

It’s a free Masterclass designed for women who:
➥ Overthink every decision
➥ Doubt themselves even when they know they’ve done everything right
➥ Carry a constant feeling of “I should be doing more”

If you’ve ever felt like your own worst critic…
Like that voice in your head is always second-guessing you,
holding you back,
making you question everything…
This Masterclass is for you.

We’ll talk about:
✅ Where that critical voice really came from
✅ How to interrupt those old stories in real time
✅ And how to finally start trusting yourself again

This is the first in my new Wounds to Wisdom: The Emotional Alchemist Series and it’s all about shifting your inner dialogue so you can stop spiraling in self-doubt and start speaking to yourself with truth, power, and love.

You don’t have to fight your mind anymore.
You just need to understand it.

Drop “ME” in the comments and I’ll send you the info

Emotional abuse doesn’t just leave bruises. It rewires your brain.

I used to overthink everything.
“Did I say too much?”
“Will they be mad if I post this?”
“Do I even have a right to feel this way?”

I didn’t just doubt others—I doubted myself.

But healing taught me this:
Overthinking is often a trauma response.
It’s the mind trying to protect you where your boundaries were crossed.

These days, I check in with my soul before I check in with fear.

If you’re stuck in the loop of overthinking, know that you’re not broken. You just need a new way of relating to your truth.

And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

“I Was Being Abused… and I Didn’t Even Know It”

Not at first.
I just thought I was the problem.

For the longest time, I believed if I could just be better, more patient, more loving, more understanding, then everything would be okay.

I thought maybe I was too sensitive.
Maybe I needed to communicate better.
Maybe if I just stopped overreacting… it would stop hurting so much.

I kept shrinking myself, second-guessing my own feelings, and wondering why love felt so confusing.

I thought I was broken. I thought I was the one who needed to change.

What I didn’t realize then was… I was being emotionally abused.
It wasn’t obvious at first. There were no black eyes, no police reports.

But there was damage.
To my spirit.
To my self-worth.
To my sense of reality.

Looking back, I see it now.
The constant walking on eggshells. The emotional rollercoaster.
The way I lost myself trying to hold everything together.

And if any part of this sounds familiar, I want you to know something deeply true:

✨ You are not broken.
✨ It was not your fault.
✨ You didn’t imagine it.
✨ You’re not crazy.

You don’t need to keep dimming your light to make someone else comfortable.

You’re allowed to heal. You’re allowed to grow.
And you’re allowed to define love on your own terms now.

If this feels like your story too, I see you.
And you’re not alone anymore. 💗

We’re halfway through the week, perfect time to pause, breathe, and refocus. How can you be more present today?

(Example answers: Taking deep breaths before responding, putting my phone down during meals, stepping outside for fresh air…)

"The secret to life is finding joy in ordinary things." Ruth Reichi

Wow, can you believe we’re wrapping up Joyful January already?

Before we dive into a new month, let’s take a moment to celebrate any small (or big!) steps we’ve taken toward welcoming more joy into our lives.

Maybe you found a new morning ritual that brightens your day, or you caught yourself letting go of worries that used to weigh you down.

I’d love to hear something you’re proud of, no matter how tiny it might seem.
P.S. I'm sharing a sweet moment with one of my cats.

Ready to Release and Invite More Joy?

Letting go can feel scary, but it’s also one of the biggest gifts we can give ourselves on the path to more joy.

Whether it’s a nagging regret, a pinch of self-doubt, or a grudge that’s been weighing you down, releasing it creates space for something better.

If you’re up for it, share one thing you’re ready to let go of today so you can invite in more happiness.

If you could snap your fingers and transport yourself to your ‘happy place," where would it be?

Maybe it’s that sunny beach you visited ages ago, a corner of your home where you curl up with a good book, or even a magical spot that lives purely in your imagination.

If you have a photo or a story about your special retreat, feel free to share it. I love seeing all the different ways we find comfort and joy.

Time to Spark Some Creative Magic!

Okay, confession time: nothing lights me up more than letting my creativity run wild, whether that’s splattering paint on a canvas, scribbling in a journal, or whipping up some quirky cupcake designs.

How about you? What’s your go-to creative outlet, writing, painting, baking, or something totally offbeat?
Even if it’s doodling on a notepad, I want to hear all about how you let your imagination run free!

Ever notice how just stepping outside can work wonders for your mood?

I love how Mother Nature is always there, whispering little lessons about peace and happiness if we actually listen.

Do you have a favorite outdoor spot, maybe a secret trail, a quiet corner in the park, or even your own backyard, that instantly soothes your spirit?

“Joy doesn’t have to be big—it lives in the small moments we choose to notice.”

Hey friend, ever feel like you’re waiting on some massive milestone to feel truly happy,
like you need a new job or a picture-perfect day to finally let yourself smile?

Truth is, sometimes the most comforting bits of joy sneak in through life’s tiniest cracks.

Think about how it feels when your teenager volunteers to help with dinner (without being asked!), or when the morning sun peeks through your window just right, warming your face.

Right now, take a breath and reflect: what was one small moment today that made your heart do a little happy dance?
It doesn’t have to be fancy, maybe the coffee tasted extra good, or you noticed you handled a stressful situation better than before.

I’d love to hear about your micro-moment of joy.
