💙 Every Piece Matters Autism Awareness 💙

Every Piece Matters was founded in 2019 by Britney Landers after she and her son, Brayden, began raising money for autism awareness. What started as a passion project quickly grew into a mission to make a direct impact on local families and communities throughout Northwest Alabama.

Today, Every Piece Matters supports schools, families, educators, therapists, churches, daycares, and other community organizations through grants, sensory resources, scholarships, and educational support. We also host sensory-friendly and community events throughout the year, including our 5K & Fun Run, fishing tournament, golf tournament, autism education nights, Santa Night, and our first-ever Car & Vendor Show. We are also excited to partner with the Chadwick Foundation for a Special Needs Fall Festival later this year! 💙

One of our newest ways of helping is through our monthly application process, allowing schools, families, therapists, churches, daycares, and other organizations to apply for assistance based on their specific needs.

Our mission is about more than awareness. It’s about turning awareness into action and making sure families have the resources, support, and hope they need.

⛳️ Swing for a Cause 2026

On August 8, we hosted our annual Every Piece Matters Autism Awareness Swing for a Cause 2026 golf tournament! We had a completely SOLD-OUT tournament with 40 teams and 120 golfers, raising over $7,000 for family and teacher grants and our scholarship program.

Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans, and we were rained out after 12 holes—but that didn't stop our community from showing up and making an incredible impact! 🌧️💙

💙THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS💙

We are incredibly grateful to each and every person who came out this past Saturday to support Every Piece Matters and our Inaugural Autism Awareness Car Show & Indoor Vendor Event!

What an amazing day it was! We were blessed to see a parking lot full of beautiful cars, trucks and jeeps along with a gymnasium packed with talented vendors sharing their crafts, products and goodies with our community.

This event would not have been possible without the many people who stepped up to help make it a success. To everyone who ran errands, answered questions, volunteered their time, donated, sponsored, judged, participated, or simply came out to support us, THANK YOU.
