🍎📚 OUR FUTURE TEACHERS ARE READY TO LEARN, LEAD & GROW! 📚🍎

On September 30th, our TCTA Education & Training students will officially head into their school placements! 🎉

They’re ready to take what they’ve learned in the classroom and put it into action—learning from experienced educators, working alongside students, and getting a firsthand look at what it truly means to be a teacher. 🧑‍🏫✨

This is an exciting opportunity for our students to gain real-world experience, build meaningful connections, and grow their confidence as future educators.

We can’t wait to watch our future teachers learn, lead, and grow! ❤️📖

🍽️✨ From Ideas to the Menu! ✨🍽️

Our Culinary students got creative and took a dive into the art of menu development! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Students put themselves in the role of a chef and explored what it takes to build a menu that is appealing, balanced, and ready for the customer. From dreaming up delicious dishes to considering presentation, variety, and the overall dining experience, they had the opportunity to bring their ideas to life! 📝🍴💡

This engaging activity gave students a behind-the-scenes look at the thought and creativity that go into creating a successful menu—skills they can take with them into the culinary industry. 🔥

At TCTA, our students don’t just learn about careers—they get to experience them! 💙

👩‍🏫 Future Educators in Action!👩‍🏫

On Friday 09/11/2026, our Education & Training Methods students participated in an engaging online simulation activity provided by our amazing partners at the University of West Alabama College of Education!

🎓 Through this immersive experience, students had the opportunity to virtually interact with a real classroom scenario, giving them a firsthand look at what it’s like to navigate the classroom environment as an educator.

This experience allowed our students to gain real-world, hands-on experience without ever leaving the TCTA classroom! 👩‍🏫🧑‍🏫

We are incredibly thankful for our community partners who continue to provide meaningful learning opportunities and help our students connect classroom learning to future careers. 💙

At TCTA, the classroom is just the beginning!
