Hello Wednesday!
It's that time of the year! To friends who have recently joined us, every January and August I take a social media sabbatical.
I'm grateful to God for an amazing first half of 2026. I'm eager to see what the second half of the year brings. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far. Have a beautiful August. By the grace of God we'll see you in September.
Whatever you do, remember to love God, love people, and be comfortable in your own skin ✨️

Day 3 of the Sigma Nursing International Nursing Research Congress was inspiring. The highlight for me was the International Nurse Researcher Hall of Fame. Congratulations 🎊 to all the inductees.
I also presented my plenary session. Thank you to the Capstone College of Nursing for being a diamond sponsor. The conference ended on a high note. Thank you to everyone for their support.
Another successful INRC in the books. Until next time....

DAY 2 of Sigma Nursing International Nursing Research Congress was extremely fulfilling. I had the wonderful opportunity of co-hosting the Researcher Networking lunch alongside my great friend and colleague, Dr. Jerry Nutor Ouner. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to facilitate such meaningful connections and conversations
In case you didn't know. We had over 1500 Congress attendees, representing 45 different countries and all Sigma regions. Just wow 👌We are truly moving from data to action, and ultimately to measurable impact. Let's just say... I love being a Nurse Scientist.

Because sometimes you need time to think, uninterrupted. Time to focus, plan, strategize. Nothing significant happens without intentionality.
Have a wonderful Thursday everyone. Remember to love God, love people, and be comfortable in your own skin ✨️

MEET THE CLOSING KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Hello July 👋
Friends and colleagues, I'm excited to share that I'll be the closing keynote speaker at the 2026 International Nursing Research Congress being held in Toronto Canada 🇨🇦
I got inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in 2010 when I was graduating with my BSN. I attended my first INRC in 2014 and was inspired by the nurse scientists I met at the conference. To now serve as a keynote at congress is a professional honor I cannot fully put into words.
Thank you Sigma Nursing

Hello Monday 👋
Whoever watches the wind will not plant; Whoever looks at the clouds will not reap.
Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle. For you don't know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well. Ecclesiastes 11 : 4 and 6.
Are you waiting for the perfect conditions to start that project, try something new, or get out of your comfort zone? Well, it is quite rare when everything falls into place before you embark on a new adventure. The truth is most of us are weighing the pros and cons of each decision more often than we'd like to admit.
However, sometimes people suffer from decision paralysis. It's ok to pursue multiple ideas at once. And sometimes you just gotta take a leap of faith coz guess what? "You do not know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well"
What decision have you been pondering for way too long and you just need to make a decision and move on?
