We are so lucky to have our wonderful school social worker,Lauren Cowsar. She is so knowledgeable about community resources, great with the kids, and is always there when I need her! Please take a moment and say thank you to her and help me celebrate her during school social worker week!

This month we are focusing on the character trait Uniqueness. We will be doing counseling lessons centered around uniqueness and empathy with some thoughtful activities. Can’t wait!!!

This week we started our lesson on kindness and getting ready for The Great Kindness Challenge. We are making squares for our very own kindness quilt based on the book The Kindness Quilt by Nancy Elizabeth Wallace. Be sure to look for pictures of our kindness quilt in the coming days!
