Just because it's marked as delivered doesn't mean it's ready for pickup!!

We receive thousands of packages every single day and it takes us time to process them into our system.

Give us some time and we will let you know when it's ready for pickup!

ANY enrolled student at Alabama can receive mail and packages through Campus Mail by using the correct address and their MSC.

Your MSC never changes and is the same the whole time you are enrolled, just like your CWID.

Off-Campus students will be charged a fee of $2.50 per package, but it caps at $25 a semester.
