Stop by the GPL to learn about the five programs being offered this fall at Franklin County Technical School for adult learners in Auto Tech, Building Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC, and Welding. The twelve week evening classes begin on September 14, Monday - Thursday, from 4:00 - 9:00 pm.
