Exactly one year ago, almost to the minute, I stood at this exact spot… Confused. Angry. Scared.

I cried out, and that’s when God showed up in these woods, and I felt peace that defied understanding.

I didn’t know what I was going to do yet—I just knew I needed His help to do SOMETHING... for my family, for the people that relied on me.

I was adamant with my team that we could not say a word, and yet somehow, the next day you found out. And your support was overwhelming… and humbling.

People get fired every day, and no one cares… but you did. I might not be from here, but this is my adoptive home—and you reminded me why we keep choosing to stay.

What felt like an ending turned into a beginning I didn’t see coming.

Grateful then. Blessed now. Thank YOU for your belief in what we do… and to GOD be the glory.
