The Royalty Owners and Producers Educational Coalition (ROPE) was the idea of a longtime National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO) member, Julie Kruger.
ROPE's purpose is to reach out to all royalty owners who may not be aware that policies and politics on a local, state and federal level can have a dramatic affect on their royalty income. As past chair of the NARO National Legislative Council, Ms. Kruger realized the power in the multitude of royalty owner voices.
