Last Friday, I had the privilege of attending a farewell gathering honoring an inspiring leader, exceptional professional, and dear friend. Aaron Miller has been much more than a colleague—he is someone who made me feel welcomed, valued, and truly part of the Tulsa ecosystem from the very beginning.

His leadership, encouragement, and genuine commitment to investing in others have left a lasting impact on countless people, including me. Aaron has a unique ability to bring people together, build meaningful connections, and empower those around him to grow and succeed.

Thank you, Aaron, for your friendship, leadership, and the positive influence you've had on so many lives. As you begin this next chapter, I wish you continued success, fulfillment, and happiness. There is no doubt that the legacy you've built will continue to inspire others for years to come.

You will be greatly missed, but your impact will remain.

Mientras el mes de mayo llega a su fin, puedo decir que uno de los momentos más especiales de este mes fue haber tenido la oportunidad de ser ponente en una conferencia para mujeres emprendedoras en Tulsa llamado "Círculo Mujeres que Crecen Juntas" organizado por Lilia Gaytan.

Fue increíblemente poderoso presentar el tema "El Valor de La Mujer Emprendedora" para mujeres latinas y motivarlas a creer en sí mismas, en su visión y en su capacidad de generar impacto a través del emprendimiento. ✨

Para mí, es un gran honor tener oportunidades como estas porque se alinean con mi propósito de vida. Lilia, muchas gracias por la invitación. 💜

Anoche tuve la oportunidad de asistir a un hermoso evento comunitario organizado por Tulsa Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce donde celebramos nuestra cultura hispana a través de la música, el baile y la conexión entre emprendedores hispanos de Tulsa. ✨

Fue una noche muy especial para conectar con la fuerza emprendedora hispana que sigue creciendo y dejando huella en nuestra comunidad.

Gracias a la Directora Ejecutiva de la Cámara, Maritza J Cartagena, por la invitación y por crear espacios que celebran e impulsan a nuestra comunidad. 💙

Fueron 8 horas de aprendizaje, conexión y crecimiento, con cada detalle preparado con amor. Al final del día, 100 personas salieron activadas, motivadas y llenas de energía ✨

Today, I had the opportunity to attend the 2025 Tulsa Quality Indicators Summit — an inspiring gathering of leaders from across the many sectors that drive Tulsa’s growth and long-term success.

It was energizing to be in a room full of people who are deeply invested in strengthening our city’s future. From data-driven discussions to visionary conversations about economic, social, and community development, the Summit offered valuable insight into where Tulsa is heading and how we can collectively shape that trajectory.

I’m especially grateful for the chance to connect with colleagues from across the region and participate in meaningful conversations about our shared goals. These exchanges not only broaden perspectives but also reinforce the collaborative spirit that makes Tulsa such a dynamic place to live and work.
