Drive-in Movie day is one of the most fun traditions we have at preschool for our two oldest classes! 🎞️🚗
This year we had cars, trucks, jeeps, fire trucks, police cars, rocket ships, army trucks, trains, airplanes, and even a cyber truck!
They get to enjoy a snack and watch a pumpkin movie and it’s always a highlight of our year.

Open shut, open shut, this is how we cut, cut, cut✂️✂️✂️ Scissors, Glue and You by Cassie Stephen’s was our book today! We learned how to use scissors and glue correctly through rhyming and song.
Our fingers in the bottom, thumb on the top. Do not let the paper drop!

Every Wednesday our preschoolers read a book that goes along with the theme for the day! This week we retold the nursery rhyme Humpty Dumpty and read After the Fall (How Humpty Dumpty Got Back Up Again) by Dan Santat. Humpty recovered from his great fall and found the courage to climb up the wall again. We learned that we should never give up and always try again! We had so much fun!!

Tomorrow is the big day!
We’ve been practicing for weeks and we are ready to show our family and friends our end of the year program! 🤠
Doors will be locked after drop-off until 10:15 for guests to then enter. The program starts at 10:30!
Remember to wear your Red Park Preschool t-shirt and tennis shoes!

Our book today was about the little old lady who swallowed a shell! We painted real seashells, practiced retelling the story and are working on our beginning sounds! What a fun Wednesday!! 🐚

“Chickens aren’t the only ones” that hatch from eggs! Today we explored Oviparous animals. Some with fins and some with legs. Some that cheep and some that creep! Wednesday school is so much fun! 🐣
