Congratulations to Ethan Landis for successfully defending his capstone project entitled "Team-level Factors that Support Agile Success."

Congratulations to Lauren Deerdoff for successfully defending her capstone project entitled "Exploring Graduate Students' Sense of Belonging on a Satellite Campus." Thanks to her committee comprised of Dr. Karen Tilkin, Dr. John Hassell, Josh Davis, and Dr. Jennifer Kisamore (Chair).

Congratulations to Stephanie Noltensmeyer on successfully defending her capstone project entitled Leadership, Justice, and Psychological Safety: The Role of Work Location.
Thanks to her committee members: Dr Jennifer Kisamore (Chair), Dr. Barbra Kingsley, Dr. Christopher Freeze, and Lara Wilson (Organizational Representative).

Congratulations to students in Dr. Kisamore's Applied Measurement and Analysis course. Students learned how to create psychological scales, conduct factor and reliability analyses and test convergent validity of their new scales. Thanks to everyone who completed the questionnaire to provide real data for them to analyze.

Team 2: Samantha McBride, Melissa East, and Mayo Baugher (not pictured) created a scale on openness to receiving performance feedback.

Our condolences on the passing of ODYN alumnus Griffin Parker. He was a member of ODYN’s first cohort. He will be greatly missed.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our colleague, Griffin Parker, who tragically lost his life in an accident on April 9, 2026.

Griffin was a bright light within Genscripts, known for his warmth, kindness, and infectious laughter. His presence had a way of uplifting everyone around him, and his positive spirit made a lasting impact on both our team and those he served. He will be deeply missed, and his absence will be felt across our organization.

As we navigate this difficult time, please keep his son, daughter, family, and our team in your prayers.

Congratulations to ODYN student Samantha McBride for successfully defending her capstone project entitled "The Relationship between Nature Exposure and Burnout".

Samantha is the first student this term to defend her capstone. Stay tuned. More defenses are coming soon!
