JEI is 25 years old! The Celebration of Learning was a celebration of student work samples, 25 years of JEI, student performances and the introduction of a new lunch club - Disc Golf! Thank you to everyone who was able to come check out the samplings of student work placed all around the school. Cheers to the next 25!

We can't wait to see everyone this week on Thursday, April 30 from 5:30-7:30 pm. Please join us for our Annual Celebration of Learning where you can walk the halls and see examples of all the great things that JEI students have been working on this year. Under the direction of our Music Teachers, Lauren Garcia-Dixon and Nicole Mackey, the 5th grade students performed a fun musical titled "Growing Together" that went along with our JEI site theme of the year. Mrs. Garcia-Dixon and Ms. Mackey organized 4-5 classes at a time to collaborate for the performance. The musical was entertaining and the performers and speakers were impressive! Way to go, Trojans!

Jenks East Intermediate 6th Grade TSA students competed in Norman on April 14th and 15th in several events. The students have put in many hours this year working toward the State Conference. This is our first year to compete and Mrs. Brenda Wilson is so proud of their dedication and perseverance. Way to go Trojans!
