Closing the Gap...educating our community on the importance of financial literacy and home ownership. πŸ€πŸ’™πŸ•Š

Each year, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated reaffirms its unwavering commitment to eradicating sexual and domestic violence while standing in solidarity with survivors.

Why Denim?πŸ‘–In 1992, the Italian Supreme Court overturned a r**e conviction, arguing that because the victim’s jeans were tight, she must have helped remove them β€” falsely equating this as consent. This injustice sparked a global movement, reminding us that there is never an excuse, nor an invitation for sexual violence.

Sexual and domestic violence know no boundaries, affecting individuals from all walks of life. As sisters, we must shatter the silence, raise awareness, and empower survivors on their journey to healing.

πŸ’™ Let’s send a clear message: Abuse has no place in our communities. Join us in wearing your denim and pearls to raise awareness, and post your selfies while tagging us! Together, we can make a difference.

This past weekend the Tulsa Zetas had the pleasure of honoring our local community leader and the African American Mayor in Tulsa along with health care professionals for their extraordinary works they have done in our community. We honored Anita Williams-Murrell, Wendy Williams, and Mayor Monroe Nichols.

State Senator Regina Goodwin provided a beautiful Citation. Our Soror of the year went to our blessed and highly favored Chapter President, Minister Angela Hall.

We also had the pleasure to present our annual Lesley Hyche-Turay Scholarship award.πŸ€πŸ’™πŸ•Š

Thank you to our D9 family and our Blue and White family who came to support. A special thank you to our vendors! πŸ’™
