The new name? Gordon Morgan Field!

Mrs. Morgan will attend. She is hoping to see many familiar faces as her late husband is honored.

Dear Roper Nation-

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you in the Will Rogers Middle/High School family. Being part of the Lady Ropers program since 2010 has been an incredible journey, filled with unforgettable memories, lessons, and friendships.

From the administration and teachers, to the booster club, from the coaching staffs to every one of my former players; your support and encouragement have meant the world to me. Whether it was on court, or off, knowing that I had such an amazing community by my side made every victory sweeter and every challenge easier to overcome.

I am grateful for the countless hours of practice, the tough games that pushed us to be better, and the moments of laughter and bonding that made it all worthwhile. Thank you for your dedication, your passion, and your unwavering support.

I am proud of the 14 years that Rogers administration has allowed me to lead this group of young ladies but it is time to start a new chapter in my life. I have accepted the head position at Booker T Washington. Thank you all.. Be safe and God bless.
