Still can’t believe all the talent that was in the Center for Creativity for the Tulsa Film Collective’s Picture’s Up workshop today! We began with a panel featuring The Lowdown writers and producers Lou Berney, Duffy Boudreau, and Olivia Purnell, moderated by Dylan Brodie. Then we broke out into workshops in camera, lighting, sound, and hair/makeup lead by key crew members and department heads. Thanks to everyone who donated their time and talents today! If you missed it, a video will be posted soon.

Guests tasted mystery jelly beans at last year's Please Touch the Art Exhibit, and then sketched what they tasted. Some guests wore blindfolds as they sketched, trying to understand for a brief moment what it is like to not see. We are now looking for new, easily accessible art submissions that have a taste element. If you have ideas of how to incorporate taste into a work of art, this is your opportunity to shine! Submissions are OPEN for Please Touch the Art 2026. Be part of something BIG and submit today: CALL FOR ARTISTS: Please Touch the Art
