I didn’t grow up with money. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders while trying to care for others, often without enough support or space for your own healing.

That’s why, for the month of May, I’m offering $20.00 one-hour coaching sessions to any mother, mama, or woman who needs a safe space to breathe, be heard, or begin again.

Whether you’re navigating exhaustion, identity, relationships, motherhood, or simply longing to reconnect with your truest self—I’m here for you.

Hello Loves!!! It's August!! My birthday month, and I'm shaking things up! This year, I'm turning the big 5-0, and I'm rolling out a monthly FREE zoom session. Why? Because I canard because I want to honor my amazing mom who only got to celebrate 48 years of life.

She was a teacher, a powerhouse, a queen who loved her God and her family, and she knew how to work! She passed down her relentless drive and passion to me, always pushing to be better and help others. So, in honor of her, join me in these monthly zooms, and let's laugh learn and grow together! Buckle up! It's gonna be a wild ride!!!! Join me if you dare!!!

I always had a heart to forgive, but wrong information about what forgiveness was left me venerable to abuses and pain and conflict in my body.
Over the years, there has been multiple conversations with beautiful people struggling with the subject of forgiveness. So if you've struggled with understanding forgiveness, I hope this video from jimmy_on_relationships can help clarify a bit.

The last few days have been a whirlwind of emotions; some wanted and some not, thoughts; some sweet and empowering and some ragefull and energy sucking, and situations; some I am in deep gratitude for and some that make me want to break things!
But as I sit here in McCook NE for the last 30 hrs, I am grateful for the time to sit with just GOD and a few of my notes from over the past 5+years and joy fills my heart as HE shows me ways in which I have developed in relationship to HIM and myself.

I choose to be grateful for this life/love journey that I am experiencing. And I choose to smile and take up space unapologetically! I am worthy. I am unconditionally loved. I have emotions. I get to choose what thoughts to dwell on and what actions to take. I am most grateful to be able to love and receive love!
