Some days, I sit down to get things done and feel like my brain is doing the exact opposite of what I want.
“Where do I start?”
“I can’t focus unless it’s perfect.”
“I shouldn’t need help.”
If I’m honest, I’ve said all of these things to myself.
Over and over.
And I know I’m not alone because I hear them from you, too. 📣
These stories aren’t harmless.
They quietly steer your choices, waste your energy, and make ADHD feel like a personal failing instead of what it really is, just how your brain works.
When you recognize these thoughts as lies, it changes the game.
You start to question them instead of letting them run the show.
You start seeing, maybe for the first time, the real you underneath all the self-criticism. 🥰
The you who can manage ADHD, set up systems that actually stick, and get things done without burning out. 🙌🏼
When you work with me, we don’t just tackle your to-do list or build systems.
Together, we get into what’s actually stopping you.
We tackle the thoughts, patterns, and ADHD traps that drain your focus and energy.
Breakthroughs happen when you see how your brain really works, call out the lies that hold you back, and build systems that actually fit you instead of fighting against you. 🎉
If you’re done faking fine and ready to start making ADHD work for you, my DMs are open. Let’s figure out what actually moves the needle for your brain.

One of my clients used to feel completely overwhelmed at work. Her days were a nonstop rush of meetings, messages, and urgent requests pulling her in every direction. She jumped from one task to another but still felt stuck, exhausted, and unsure what to focus on next.
You know what that feels like. When everything screams for your attention, your brain can’t tell what really matters and what just feels urgent. It’s not a lack of discipline. It’s how ADHD rewires your sense of priority.
If you’ve been following the carousel, you already know how this plays out… constantly reacting, losing focus, and burning out without moving forward.
We helped her break down the endless to-do list into what actually matters and what can wait. She learned to set clear boundaries that protect her time and break projects into manageable steps. That change stopped her from reacting to every urgent demand and gave her focus on the work that truly moves things forward.
The result was less overwhelm, more control, and steady progress without burnout.
If you want that kind of clarity and a system built for your ADHD brain, my SPARK Playbook walks you through these steps, making prioritizing practical and doable.

I built my career the “right” way.
Worked hard. Said yes. Delivered big.
Over 30 years in corporate, leading big teams and big strategies, with nonstop pressure.
And I pulled it off without knowing I had ADHD.
I thought I just needed better systems. More coffee. Less sleep. Fewer feelings.
But what I really needed was to stop pretending my brain worked like everyone else’s.
After years of performing, people pleasing, and over-functioning, I burned out hard.
Almost lost the job I loved and had spent decades building.
Getting diagnosed changed everything.
And once I learned to work with my ADHD instead of against it, things got better.
🚀 I rebuilt my routines.
🚀 Redesigned my calendar.
🚀 Relearned how to say no without guilt.
Now I coach other ADHD professionals who are done faking fine.
People like you who want clarity you can act on, systems that stick, and momentum that doesn’t leave you wrecked.
I see your brain for what it is:
🧠 Powerful
⚡ Creative
💥 Chronically underestimated
And I built Busy Brain Coaching for you.
Because you don’t need fixing, you need strategies that finally make sense for your brain and your real, messy, beautiful life.
My style is direct, compassionate, and ADHD-informed.
A little bit sarcastic. And built for real life.
Want to work with someone who gets it and gives a sh💩t?

ADHD Burnout is real, and it hits way harder for you.
You might experience burnout 3 to 6 times more than others without ADHD.
This is because your brain’s classic challenges of impulsivity, procrastination, distraction, and trouble organizing may drive You us to overcompensate or take on work beyond yourour capacity.
ADHD Burnout is a chronic 😵💫 exhaustion 😵💫 that develops from difficulties managing ADHD symptoms.
This cycle can leave you emotionally drained, physically exhausted, and unable to manage even simple tasks.
ADHD Burnout can feel like:
☁️ Sitting in your car, dreading walking into your office
☁️ Feeling disconnected from the things that bring you joy
☁️ Health Issues like high BP, headaches, and insomnia bringing your energy down
☁️ Feelings of low self-worth
It’s important to note that the ADHD Burnout Cycle can vary in length and intensity from person to person.
Outside factors such as stress, workload, and support systems can also influence how often and intense the burnout cycle is.
Small changes make a big difference for you:
🚧 Setting boundaries,
🙅🏻♀️ Saying no to what drains you,
📢 and advocating for your needs.
Recovering from burnout takes time. Give yourself permission to put yourself at the top of your list.
DM me “CHAT.” and let’s talk about real support that works with your brain, not against it.
