Our first medalist! Our first ticket punched to the USATF Nationals! Congrats Addie Miller… no one wants it more than you.

I’m so proud of our ICT family! At the association meet every single athlete has earned the opportunity to compete in our Regional meet this year… 82 athletes!
Among those athletes we had 30 Gold medal efforts and 132 top 8 finishes!
As important as the accomplishments were, we had the opportunity to display our amazing community! Our coaches were locked in and engaged the whole meet helping our athletes to be their best! Our parents came through with the greatest “tent city” I’ve ever scene, allowing the athletes to refresh, rehydrate, and rest in the shade when needed! And our kids showed so much love and support for each other, while competing to be their best versions of themselves!
It was an awesome weekend. And now we have our eyes set on the next set of challenges! REGIONALS, here we come.

Our Middle School athletes were hard at work this Spring representing the Circle in a big way! Culminating with some big performances at the MS MOC. We are proud of all of your PRs and accomplishments!

Winter is here for ICT! Week 1 was a success, however, we are just getting started!

Week 10 and our kids are showing tremendous growth. Physically their bodies are changing and their work capacity is increasing. Emotionally they are learning how to persevere through adversity and work within the difficulties of a training program. Mentally they are focusing on the tasks that will lead them to the accomplishment of their goals! We couldn’t be more pleased with the progress.
Winter season is approaching and we are excited to keep pushing, and having the opportunities to compete. We’ll travel to UW, Spokane, and New York to test our talents… if you are interested in training with a group of strong, talented, hard working, fun young athletes send us a message and let’s get you started! Week 5 for the ICT Crew… I’m really feeling like the championship spirit is setting in. These kids have so much introduced to them here… not to mention school and family obligations. For these reasons we are forever patient. This week felt alot like a break through for many. We still have tons to do but with the right attitude and spirit we’ll stay focused on the goals at hand!
