We are the Outdoor Club! We go on hikes, learn new things, do fun activities, create community, and have fun all in the great Outdoors!
We do our best to provide fun and adventurous activities outdoors throughout the school year! Some of the events we have initiated or participated in are:
Hiking
Camping
Nature Walks
Educational talks and field trips
Snowboarding
Skiing
Kayaking
White Water rafting
Archery
Picnics
Trail Building and maintenance
And numerous other events through partnerships with other clubs and departments across Skagit Valley College and in the surrounding Community.
If you are coming with us to stevens pass and have rsvp to me for this Saturday please arrive no later then 545am, we will be on the road @ 6am sharp! -drew

Its almost that time!!
90% chance of THURSDAY NOV. 16th OPENING DAY!!!
Are your skis and boards waxed and ready? They better be, because the latest forecast is calling for Mt. Baker to get hammered by up to 30-40 INCHES of new snow by Wednesday night, on top of our already solid base! So we are 90% sure we will be OPENING THURSDAY NOV. 16th! We will have another update Tuesday around 3:00 with information on lodge and chairlift operations for Thursday opening. We are about to fly!
Next club meeting is this thursday at 12:30-1 in the club room c-177, we will be voting on club officers, sweatshirt designs, and i also have two open spots for our next trip to iFLY(indoor skydiving) this saturday! -drew
