Yes! The courriers! The unsung heroes of cord blood transplants. We see you and love you! You do vital work connecting donated units to those in need, rushing against the clock, saving lives everyday. Bravo and happy World Marrow Donor Day!

is tomorrow! 🧡 To close out Journey of Hope week, we’re recognizing the dedicated couriers who hand-carry donated stem cells to transplant centers around the world.

After a donor completes their collection, the cells begin a time-sensitive trip to the patient. Couriers personally accompany each donation from pickup through delivery, helping it reach the transplant center safely and on schedule.

Huge thanks again to our friends , Aarron Winklemann and Emily Amos, who have been fantastic partners in our efforts to advance cord blood education around the globe. We were honored to be welcomed last week to the New Horizons Care Forum in Dallas. Together, we introduced attendees to the latest cancer research using cord blood stem cells being done at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

What an amazing week! We were thrilled to be welcomed along with featured speaker, Dr Yago Nieto (MD Anderson), at the New Horizons 2026 held by WellSky Health in Dallas. Dr Nieto gave an in-depth talk about his groundbreaking clinical trial using cord blood to potentially create a low-cost cancer treatment!

His talk "Allogeneic NK cells with a bispecific innate cell engager in refractory relapsed lymphoma" was so well received! Thank you for helping us to advance education!
