🌿✨ Little Signs Everywhere ✨🌿

Today during outdoor morning play, we were admiring how much our mint plant has grown! It’s thriving just like my curious little ones! 🍃💚

And guess what? Two of our kiddos got a surprise visit from a ladybug! 🐞

In many cultures, a ladybug landing on you is said to bring good luck, blessings, and protection❤️ It’s also a gentle reminder to slow down, trust the process, and notice the little signs of magic all around us. 🌱✨🐞

🏰✨ Our little builders were hard at work today creating a princess castle — and loving every minute of it! 👑💖

While they were stacking, balancing, and piecing things together, the girls were actually working on some very important skills:
• Fine motor skills – using their hands and fingers to place and connect pieces carefully.
• Gross motor skills – lifting, reaching, and moving their bodies to build big sections of the castle.
• Problem-solving & teamwork – figuring out how to make the castle stand tall while sharing ideas with friends.

It’s amazing how play can look like “just fun,” but behind the scenes, little hands and big imaginations are growing stronger every day. 🌟

✍️ Big Milestones in Little Hands! ✍️

Today, my preschoolers practiced writing their names — and we are SO proud of the progress they’re making! 💕✨

Writing might seem simple, but it’s actually a big skill for little ones. When children learn to hold a pencil and write, they’re building important fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and muscle control. 💪🧠

They’re also learning focus, patience, and gaining confidence as they recognize the letters in their names. These are the building blocks for future reading and writing success — and we’re here to cheer them on every step of the way! 🎉📚

Way to go, girls! You’re doing amazing! 🌟🖍️

We clean it. We organize it. We make it sparkle.
And then—just like the kiddos—it’s back to PLAY mode in no time. 🎨🖍️📚

I guess around here, even our closet believes in learning through a little organized chaos! 💕

🍅✨ This weekend I discovered some amazing treasures at Borderlands Produce on Wheels Without Waste—a program that rescues fresh produce and makes it affordable for families. I brought home beautiful cherry tomatoes and paired them with fresh basil straight from our Camila’s Playhouse garden 🌿 to simmer up a big pot of homemade tomato basil sauce for my childcare kiddos !

Why? Because here at Camila’s Playhouse, I love finding ways to bring fresh, healthy, and flavorful foods to our kiddos’ meals. Cooking with rescued produce not only helps reduce food waste, but also teaches children the value of healthy eating and caring for our planet. 🌎💚

Little tummies deserve the best—and I’m so excited to share these healthy, homemade touches with your children. 🥄❤️
