The Tucker Middle School STEM class planted a 3 sisters garden a few weeks ago. For those that aren't familiar, Native American tribes planted corn, beans and squash together. Like sisters, these companion plants support, nurture and protect each other. Hopefully, when the students return to school they will be able to harvest this crop and take it to market.
