Imagine...delicious spicy collard greens, peach cobbler, glazed ham, homemade buttermilk corn bread, etc....grilled Chef D's style. He started southern style home cooking with Grandma Jannie Mae over 20 years ago. He has a passion for maximizing the taste of any style of cooking. Additionally, he has spent the past 13 years mastering the art of grilling on the Big Green Egg grill. Currently, he teaches classes on "cooking on the Big Green Egg".
