With my creative outlet having become my career, I find new ways to express myself. Don't get me wrong, I love what I do, and I find satisfaction in it every day, but sometimes it's more of a chore than a reward. On August 7th, I went with a friend to a cake decorating class put on by Mama's. It was a blast, and the cake was so tasty. It was nice not to have to worry about quality, though you can ask Layla and my friend; I still did, and knowing that I was the one who got to fully enjoy the fruits of my labor that night made the cake that much sweeter. Enjoy the cake I decorated, and be sure to look out for more events by Layla Jones!
