Spot Light Stars Spot Light Stars is a childrens theatre organization. Spot Light Stars was founded by Brandon Banks, a young entrepreneur.

Spot Light Stars is located in Troy, MO and services children and teens grades K-12 (ages 5-18). Spot Light Stars has students from Warrenton, Wentzville, Troy, Bowling Green, Hannible, and other surrounding cities. As a childrens theatrical company, Spot Light Stars coordinates events such as: Talent Shows, Drama Classes, Summer Programs, Personal Coaching, Plays, Musicals, Dinner Theatre Perform

ance, and many other types of events. Spot Light Stars has grown rapidly in a years time, having produced: The Troy-Mendous Talent Show (In collaboration with the Troy Buchana High School Future Business Leaders of America Chapter), I Saw Mommy Killing Santa Clause (In collaboration with Encore Choral Boosters to benefit the R-3 school district's Choral Program at the High School level), The Entertainer's Experience ( 6 week acting class), Wizard of Oz, and Peter Pan, as well as having a once a month class called The Drama-Rama. Spot Light Stars and its students are led by a talented and passionate group, with Brandon Banks being the sole-proprietor and having the support of two amazing other directors to bring a full balance and variety of knowledge to the students. The other two directors are Sandy Turpin and Ellen Richards. Sandy Turpin is the current Drama teacher at Troy Middle School, and Ellen Richards has previously served as the Drama teacher at the Troy Buchanan High School. With the wide variety of knowledge and experience Spot Light Stars has a little bit for everyone. Spot Light Stars has expanded their team to include Courtni Aries and Nathaniel Laffoon!

FINALLY just made it back to Warrensburg! Thanks to all the kids who joined us in our cast/crew this summer, and to the parents for attending the show and all the support you give your kids! We had an amazing time working with you all! Here's to a successful show and our first full length play! :) goodnight! Sweet dreams, you've all worked so hard and made me so proud!

Hey Everyone!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!! I'm sure Theresa lots of visiting and family events going on but please remember what this weekend is all about! Thank those who have served! Today, tomorrow, monday and every day!
