We often tell ourselves we *shouldn't* feel a certain way, like being upset when it's raining. This is a misunderstanding – it's not about being wrong, it's just about how we feel. Accepting our emotions is key.
We often misunderstand emotions by trying to control them, which actually prevents us from truly knowing ourselves. Giving emotions space to express themselves allows us to experience their energy, like the breakthrough of finding calm within rage. This shift can change everything.
Could our triggers stem from emotions inherited through our families? This theory suggests we don't have to carry the weight of it all. What's truly yours to process?
Constantly worrying about future, uncontrollable situations creates immense stress and suffering. Trying to prepare for what cannot be prepared for is a path to overwhelm. True relief comes from surrender.
