Big conversations and even bigger takeaways at our Management Field Lunch & Learn 🍽️
We got to hear from Chick-fil-A operator Brandon Powell, who talked about his journey in management, the lessons he’s learned along the way, and what it looks like to lead people day-to-day. We want to thank the students who showed up, as well as Brandon for donating his time to pour into the next group of leaders. And of course… Chick-fil-A made it even better 🐔

Sorrel360 Finance just leveled up this week!!! For the first time, we introduced our Prize Drop Plinko Board and it was a hit! Students answered questions from our previous session, and each winner earned a chance to drop the chip and win a prize from the category they landed on.
Not only did everyone love the game, but it also brought more energy, interaction, and participation into the session — so much so that Plinko (and the prize wheel 👀) will now be a regular part of future meetings!
After the fun, we dove into some key topics in Financial Psychology:

Today we officially kicked off Sorrel360 Finance, and it was an amazing start. Our first session focused on building the foundation of financial knowledge by covering these three topics:

✔️Turning dreams into goals and plans
Understanding why we make financial decisions is the first step toward making better ones.
