Wishing all of our Wesclin students, teachers, staff, and families an amazing start to the new school year!

And a special shoutout to our Wesclin Band students as they head into another year of music, memories, Friday night lights, performances, and plenty of time spent making music together. 🎺🥁🎷🎶

Here’s to a fantastic school year filled with hard work, great friendships, lots of school spirit, and music that makes us proud!

📸 SPORTS MEDIA DAY • MARCHING BAND

Marching Band members, Sports Media Day is TODAY, Wednesday, August 12! We need ALL marching band members present so we can get our full group photo! 🎶

⏰ 2:00 PM • CALL TIME
Arrive and get into FULL uniform.

📸 2:30 PM • GROUP PICTURE
Photo will be taken in the stadium or gym.

🌙 DON’T FORGET: We will also have our regular marching band practice from 6:00–8:00PM this evening.

Please make every effort to be there for the group photo. We want the WHOLE band in the frame! 💪🎺🥁🎷

It was great to finally give our band families a glimpse of what these Warriors have been working on. So many hours, so much hard work, and we’re only getting started!

📣 Parent Performance Parking Update for Tonight!

🚨 Please park in the South Middle School parking lot for tonight’s parent performance

With the recent rain and ongoing construction, the high school side is extremely muddy and not suitable for walking through.

👟 Please wear shoes you don’t mind getting wet or muddy! Even with parking at the middle school, conditions are pretty soggy.

Please help spread the word to anyone attending tonight. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone! 😊

🎶 The season hasn't even started... but the work already has.

Before classes even begin on Friday, August 14th; for the past two weeks, our musician-athlete-students have been giving up their summer to prepare for another incredible marching band season. They've pushed through scorching heat, stifling humidity, pouring rain, and long days of rehearsals, all before the first day of school.

Why?

Because excellence doesn't happen by accident.

Our students will represent Wesclin as they march in the TrentonFest Parade on August 22nd.

Then, on Friday, September 4, they'll proudly debut their brand-new show, RADIOACTIVE, at the first home football game of the season.

Every note. Every step. Every rehearsal. Every drop of sweat.

This is what dedication looks like.

Come cheer them on. Fill the stands. Applaud their commitment. These amazing artists have earned it, and they can't wait to share the results of all their hard work with our community.

Join us for our Parent Performance on Friday, August 7 at 6:00 PM!

Immediately following the performance, we’ll hold our Disney Trip Meeting, where we’ll discuss:

💰 Trip cost and payment information
📝 Registration details

Families will be able to sign up for the trip that evening.

Please note: Music Department staff and current BPO Board members will have first priority for chaperone spots.

We can’t wait to share all the exciting details with you. See you Friday!
