Weekly Yoga Schedule is as follows.

There are some changes - please read carefully.

Monday- 10:00AM - Gentle/Restore

Tuesday- 5:00PM - Energized Flow (Vinyasa)

Thursday- 9:30AM - Weekly Reset (Slow Flow) (starting October 15)

***NO CLASS Thursday Oct. 8 ***

You CAN get to Trillium Woods! Here’s how:

FROM HARBOR SPRINGS via M-119:
- head North on M-119, drive past the barricades, and continue until you get to Trillium Woods. Simple as that!

ALTERNATIVELY via State Road:
- driving North or South from State Rd, turn and head West on Stutsmanville Road, then turn right (North) on M-119, and continue until you get to Trillium Woods!

We know it’s been a journey, but we so greatly appreciate you coming out to see us!! Thank you for the support ✨

Please spread the word that:
1. We’re open! Thursdays-Mondays, 10am-5pm until the end of October
2. You can get to us via M-119 from the South only! aka drive from South to North
3. It is OK to drive through the barricade at Stutsmanville Road

What a summer it has been… 🥰
I can’t express enough gratitude for our Torch Lake Series - Yoga in the Park at Alden Depot. It has been an absolute joy to move and breathe with this community in such a gorgeous setting.

We’re not done yet! SEPTEMBER sessions will continue!!
I look forward to seeing you
on the mat…

The view is breathtaking no matter how often you see it.

No experience necessary, mats provided - just bring yourself 🥰 (along with layers of clothing, eye protection, water… or anything else you may want to have to make you feel more comfortable. Blankets, props, towels, pillows….etc.

I CANNOT believe it is our last Friday in August.
It has been an absolute pleasure to spend Friday mornings this summer with the most wonderful community.
Great news! Yoga in the Park will continue throughout September! Thank you so much for those who’ve supported along the way to make these events possible.
