📚 BACK TO SCHOOL BASH 2026 ✏️🍎

The Delaware National Guard J9 Child & Youth Programs invites our Delaware National Guard Families to our annual Back to School Bash!

Get ready for a successful school year by picking up FREE backpacks and school supplies, connecting with military and community resources, and enjoying fun swag and treats!

This FREE event is open to school-aged dependent children of currently serving Delaware Army and Air National Guard members, as well as our Survivor Families.

A heartfelt thank you to our community partners, including Bank of America MSAG and Operation Homefront’s Dollar Tree Campaign, whose generosity helps provide school supplies for our military children and eases the cost of the back-to-school season.

This week we had the honor of celebrating someone who has meant the world to our Delaware National Guard Family and Youth Programs—Luwanna. 💙💛

It was only fitting that we recognized her surrounded by some of her biggest fans…our Guard kids! Their smiles, hugs, and love said more than words ever could.

For 21 years, Luwanna has poured her heart into serving our military children and families, creating memories, offering encouragement, and making every event brighter. Her kindness, dedication, and servant’s heart have left an incredible legacy that will never be forgotten.
