Thank you coach for kicking by butt day in and day out ...it was a long prep, about 1.5 yrs and you loved me even when I hated you.

Thank you my family & friends for dealing with the tight schedule and missed fun nights out! Ty to my gym family …you all are the most supportive environment l've ever had!

A special thank you to my sidekick and bestie (I love you) Vika who was with me on show day and went above and beyond for me... separate post about that coming! You were incredible my love and I couldn't have done it without you.

The moment you feel like giving up is the moment when you need to push harder. When you think you've reached your limit, that's when you need to break through it.

That applies to bodybuilding but more importantly, to life!

It's in those moments of discomfort and challenge when you grow…both physically and mentally.

So, embrace the struggle. Embrace the pain. Embrace the challenge. Because on the other side of that discomfort is your next level of success in whatever you choose take on!

2nd wk of my prep! Feeling strong!

Today I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this amazing gym family where there is no lack of cheering on, or shouting out “come on…u got this”

The quality of my environment impacts my mindset, behavior, and overall well-being, ultimately influencing my ability to reach my full potential. So thank you gym fam and for this incredible gym

So yeah, I’ll see u tomorrow…and the next day…and the next 💪🏻
