Good food, great friends, and fun times for Mustangs at the 8th grade picnic ☀️

Mustangs celebrated at the 8th Grade Dance this Friday! Fun moments were shared at the karaoke room, the tasty churro and snack bars, the photo booths, the dance floor 🪩 The Magruder PTSA and staff put on a night to remember!

Spanish and ELD classes presented a part of Pirates of the Caribbean, both groups practiced using a language new to them. Did you know there are over 13 languages spoken by our Magruder community? 🐴 🏴‍☠️ 🗺️

Drama Club put on two spectacular showings of West Side Story this week! We are so proud of their efforts– they showed Mustang spirit through auditions, rehearsals, and performances. Thanks to Mrs. Jaeger, Ms. Solandt, and families for helping to make it a success. 💙

We are thanking all Mustangs for making it to school on time and trying their best on states tests each Tuesday with a dance party and a chance to win prizes for being Respectful, Responsible, Thoughtful Scholars! Make sure to keep up the good work, one more week of testing to go! 🐎 🎉

Last night’s ELMAC meeting was also a delicious international potluck. Thank you to Ms. Fraga for hosting and to all who joined and shared a dish! 😋

Ms. Hall’s English classes took some time to soak in the sun and while reading great books! 📚
