I have been solving health problems for people for a long time by coaching them in ways to make changes that result in greater health and less pain. I first learned of the value of eating for health when I was 4. My dad had rheumatoid arthritis. He was crippled and unable to walk without assistance. He wen
t to a clinic for 30 days and came home able to walk unassisted with a big smile on his face. I was impressed. If he could do, it I thought everyone could go from pain to health easily. Life showed me this wasn't going to happen, mainly because most didn't believe it could happen. My parents made a big commitment to live a lifestyle to be free of arthritis pain. As time went on, they left their lifestyle that others didn't follow, or make fun of them for following, and other illness began to show up in our lives. Most today are struggling daily to be pain free. Free from headaches, sinus problems, skin problems, joint pains, back pains, stomachaches, respiratory problems, constipation, only to name a few. These all being followed with diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Millions are spent each year by millions wanting to be pain free. From my experience in life I come to believe all of our physical discomforts are associated with emotional pain and discomforts. I have found that behind almost every physical pain there are a trapped emotions at the root of the pain or discomfort. I have experienced emotional pain after life's traumas. I have experienced divorce, a child born with a birth defect, being uprooted and moving from one state to another, a young son sent home from the hospital to die if a miracle didn't happen, loss of retirement income, loss of daughter when she passed to the other side. I have experience a lot that keeps many stuck in life, not being able to create a new life for themselves. Searching for solutions, for a way to let go of my old emotions, I attended workshops, seminars, took courses, and learned a lot. However what I found, was very time consuming. The results I wanted to experience were not coming fast enough. I was certain there had to be a better way. One that would get results without so much effort. When I found EFT and studied with some of the renowned EFT coaches, I still found it was time consuming and most of the coaches had created their own way of doing it. They to were searching for a way to have it work better and faster than the original. I studied and took some other healing courses also. All very beneficial, yet taking a lot of time for my customers. I solved this. While not being completely happy with my findings, I was determined there was something better. Not finding it, I decided to create it. I studied and combined the teachings of several healers to create my own process which I name "Emotional Renewal Coaching". It is a process where my intention is to release blocked, trapped emotions, giving the recipient a life of freedom from emotional upsets of anger, frustration, stress, resentment, shame, not feeling worthy and abandonment, to name a few.. By using the knowledge I gained from my studies and from working with my customers who came to me for body reflexology sessions, I was able to come up with a very rewarding process which my customers all over the United States and around the world love. With my solution they have experienced many benefits and being able to live an emotional pain free life.
