Method of Instruction
Our Artistic Directors have developed and have had substantial success with a 10 year, comprehensive ballet syllabus loosely based on the Vaganova Method. Utilizing their extensive professional experience as performers and instructors, they have taken the very best elements of the Russian training method and tailored them to suit the specific needs of American students. At Kansas Ballet Academy we recognize that our mission of inspiring excellence in our community begins with us. Not only do we provide the highest caliber of instruction possible, we also strive to maintain a positive, professional and uplifting atmosphere in the classroom. At the end of our program students will graduate as strong, independent and highly motivated individuals.

A little rain, a lot of drama. ☁️🩰
Our Senior Company photo day at the Capitol didn’t exactly go as planned… but somehow the stormy skies made it even better.
Thank you, Brenda Cox Photography , for another beautiful year of company photos!

Our Senior Company photo shoot didn’t go exactly as planned. 😂

We had the Capitol, beautiful dancers and Brenda Cox Photography ready to capture it all…and then the rain arrived!

Thank you, Brenda, for taking our company pictures again this year and always being so wonderful to work with. We can’t wait to see everything you captured before the sky opened up! ❤️

Senior Company photo day at the Capitol…until Kansas weather had different plans. 😂

We may have gotten rained out, but we still captured some beautiful moments and definitely made some memories.

A huge thank you to Brenda Cox Photography for taking our company pictures again this year! Brenda, we are so grateful for your time, patience and talent—and for always capturing our dancers so beautifully. ❤️
