I thought my Goodwill turf war over possession of a table was an isolated incident. Then I read the comments.
Apparently we’ve got repeat offenders, amateur detectives, furniture thieves and a few folks who just need a quick lesson on how those little tags work.
I had NO IDEA the secondhand furniture market was this out of control.
So we’re starting a series: Goodwill Turf Wars — Stories From the Comment Section.
First question: What’s the best way for reserving furniture in the thrift store?
Apparently we have an obligation (and the experience) to settle this!
