MEET THE TEAM!

Devin Mullen and Ron Heitmann bring a powerful blend of experience, passion, and mentorship to Jigsaw Performance Camps, helping young performers thrive both on and off the stage.

With over 25 years of experience in musical theatre, vocal training, and youth mentorship, Devin, owner of JoiStar Music, serves as Theatre Camp Director and Vocal Coach. Known for combining artistic excellence with a nurturing leadership style, Devin inspires campers to find their unique voice—whether preparing for a standout solo or supporting an ensemble on opening night. Her dedication to confidence, skill-building, and joy in performance leaves a lasting impact on every student she mentors.

Ron, also serving as Director of Jigsaw Performance Camps, is a seasoned theatre educator and director with a strong background in youth theatre and over three decades of experience working with middle, high school and college students. Ron is celebrated for creating dynamic, inclusive rehearsal environments where creativity, collaboration, and storytelling come to life. From classic plays to modern musicals, Ron helps young artists grow in confidence and craft while fostering a love for the performing arts that extends far beyond the final curtain call.

Together, Devin and Ron lead with heart, expertise, and a shared commitment to cultivating the next generation of performers through mentorship, creativity, and community.
