Gig Harbor High School closed out our scholastic season with the Phebe Corckran King Memorial Trophy ISSA National Invitational in Toms River, New Jersey. Sailors enjoyed a fantastic weekend of heavy air sailing and ended 13 of 18 teams from 12 states across the country. Sailors came ready to compete at their 2nd national invitational this month, and put up competitive scores in a fast fleet.

A huge thank you to every coach that’s lent these sailors their wisdom, every competitor and teammate that sparred with them, and every volunteer and donor that helped to build a program where they could thrive. And a special shout out to for hosting both NWISA District Championships this year and WIND Clinic every summer. We sure put that gorge experience to work this weekend!
