We’re excited to get sessions started tomorrow morning!! Here’s the breakdown of age groups-

Ages 7-9: 9:00-9:45 am
Ages 10-12: 10:00-10:45 am
Ages 13-15: 11:00-11:45 am

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before session starts, make sure your athlete brings a large water jug.

Sessions will be located @ TMHS in the grassy area next to the athletic parking lot.

📣 REGISTRATION NOW OPEN 📣

HYPE Coaching is now taking registrations. We’re hoping to get our first sessions kicked off on Saturday, April 23rd. In order for a session to be open we must have a minimum of 3 youth athletes registered. Our session groups and times will be based on registration, as soon as we have 3 youth athletes signed up we will contact you with details about your session. Our goal is to host 3 groups: elementary (ages 7-9), intermediate (ages 10-11), middle/high school (ages 12-14). Our goal is to start sessions at 9 am on Saturdays. They will run for 45 minutes long. Since he was out during football season, we’re posting his highlights from last school year for you to get an idea of his athletic abilities. Justin has a passion for working with youth athletes looking to excel and improve endurance, speed, and agility. Training sessions are available to all youth athletes and are not sport specific. Sessions will be 45 minutes long and will be held outdoors. All athletes are required to bring a large jug of water and be well hydrated prior to session to avoid heat exhaustion and dehydration.
