🧑🏾‍🦱: Wait? You’re how old? My mom’s 35, are you sure you’re not younger than her!!

And these weren’t even littles. They all need glasses.

My students were surprised by not one, but TWO fire drills 🚨 yesterday. Impromptu lesson change (knowing I wouldn’t be teaching the other second graders this week and now this group won’t be one week ahead). We learned about and discussed community helpers and I got some really cute fire trucks from the lesson! 🚒 👨‍🚒

I love teaching.
Today I got to teach a different age level and it was exciting!!

I taught 30 women at the Francis Family Ymca’s Women’s Wellness Retreat how to make a bracelet!!

40 bowls of bead choices in an assortment of colors, styles and materials: Wooden, glass, tiger eye, fresh water pearls, amethyst, even snuck in a Swarovski crystal or two for their choices!!

Little love notes left in my pencil bins!! 💙💛

The kids who found them, asked why I wasn’t mad when we read them together. I told them, i didnt expect everyone to like me and I was okay with that…
Hmmmm… should I get a life or keep being annoying so that they crash out! 🤣🤣🤣
