Cognitive Interviews for a New Measure of Collective Teacher Efficacy 04/23/2026

Teachersβ€”we’d love your help!

We’re researchers at The University of Toledo, led by Dr. Michael Toland, working on a new approach for measuring collective teacher efficacy. We’re inviting K–12 teachers to participate in a 30 to 45- minute virtual interview to help us make sure our survey items make sense and reflect how teachers actually think and talk.

No prep neededβ€”just your perspective.

Interviews will take place in the late afternoon to early evening (late April–early May).

If you’re interested, sign up here: https://utoledo.questionpro.com/t/AaytRZ8m62

Please contact Dr. Michael Toland ([email protected]) with any questions.
