The Rustic Bread
European Bread made in America I make sourdough bread like I know it from Germany. I hope you enjoy it!
One of my responsibilities as a child was to bring home a fresh loaf of bread on my way home from school. Most of the time a little mouse went with me and ate a big piece of the crust .....
I want to bring a little bit of that taste to America.

Here is my newest creation! A very basic french baguette recipe. Tastes like the 5 cent buns at my childhood. Let's see what I can make next out of it...

My little Gourmet asked me yesterday when I started making the bread "Mom, are you making my favorites, tomato-basil and Cranberry-chocolate"? I said "No, not this time." He looked very sad and I put some extra work in the baking and made it for him.
We can make specials for you too! Just asked :-)
Here you have all the breads from today (starts with the dark one and goes clock wise) Cranberry-Walnut, Roasted Garlic, Black Olive-Rosemary, Sun dried Tomato-Basil, Cranberry-Chocolate.
