Official statement from Libertarian gubernatorial candidate Don Kissick on the decriminalization of natural entheogens:
"I am one hundred percent in favor of full legalization of these fully naturally-occurring compounds... There already is significant research demonstrating their benefits — with Johns Hopkins University being notable for their work with psilocybin to treat anxiety and PTSD... In particular, legalizing these products would open a great many doors for treatment of combat-related trauma for our veterans, an opportunity that is long-overdue."
