From Ohio to Texas ✈️
This week, Tri IQ athlete Ian heads to The Woodlands to take on IRONMAN Texas. A race known for its heat, humidity, and a flat, fast course that rewards smart training and grit. Those long indoor trainer rides this winter? They’re about to pay off in a big way.
And when it’s time to run, Ian will hit the iconic “Hippie Hollow.” A race tradition and athlete favorite section of the run course packed with music, tie-dye, and nonstop energy to carry him through the miles 🌸
We’re cheering you on every step of the way, Ian. Go chase that red carpet finish! 🏁💪

☁️🏃♀️ It was a perfect, cloudy morning in Toledo for the Glass City 10K. Thanks to Run Toledo for conducting a great race and Metroparks Toledo for maintaining virtual spaces in our community.
For triathletes, early-season racing is a great way to:
👟 Guage fitness
🏅 Get into the racing mindset
🍌 Practice nutrition
🤝 Build community
Ashley Hartman had a fabulous race, feeling strong and excited for the season ahead. Next stop, two duathlons in Toledo that are local favorites.
Have you started racing this season? How can you use early racing to set your season up for success?

Today we celebrate the women who make endurance sport such an incredible community.
On International Women’s Day, we want to recognize all the amazing women who are part of the Tri IQ family — our athletes, coaches, friends, family members, Sherpas, and race organizers. Each of you brings something special that helps make this sport welcoming, supportive, and inspiring.
We’re also proud to be a woman co-owned coaching business, and grateful for the leadership and passion that Coach Kendra brings to our team and community.
Thank you to all the women who train hard, support others, volunteer, organize races, cheer on the sidelines, and make endurance sport the vibrant community we all love. Today we celebrate you. 🏊♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️
