I was at the range recently where I heard an individual a couple lanes over “teaching” a small group of ladies. At one point he recommended that they work on their speed with “re-holstering”. Even going as far to recommend using a timer to improve the speed of holstering. Using lines like “speed is your friend through the whole process…from beginning till the end” 🤔

There is never a reason to rush a [hot] gun back to the holster….if you have one let me know…

And if it’s empty, you should be reloading or you’re done and speeding to the holster still has no purpose 🤷🏻‍♂️

Keep training
